Bombay Sapphire

ART DIRECTION

My Role: Art Director, Photographer, Editor, Content Creator

Gin is a palette for creativity — it’s almost always mixed into a myriad of classic and experimental cocktails vs. served neat. Bombay Sapphire is on a mission to champion creativity, through artist sponsorships, events and immersive experiences.

The team at Bombay Sapphire approached me in 2017 to create branded social media content telling this story and inspiring others to be creative. These are my favorite pieces from over the years.

Double Dare is back! This iconic show was a big part of my childhood, so for this promo package I pulled from 80’s / 90’s nostalgia through custom color, pattern and type to evoke the golden age of slime.

XY&Z Magazine is a new digital media experience about identity within the LGBTQ+ community, centering diverse perspectives and creating visibility for those typically not represented in media.

The first issue is a love letter to my community — the queer SWANA (South West Asian North African) diaspora. As founder and creative director I collaborated with a team to produce our first issue, which lives online.

Apple

PHOTOGRAPHY, CONTENT CREATION, ADVERTISING

My Role: Photographer, Photo Editor, Content Creator
Credits: via Media Arts Lab

Apple approached me to create a capsule of images for their iconic ā€œShot on iPhoneā€ global ad campaign. The catch — I had to edit these images using only an iPhone. Typically my process involves a desktop computer and a tablet, so this was no small feat! My work was featured in OOH and social, running worldwide.

Creative Director & Founder Maryellis Bunn, Inspired by work from Don Loper

I collaborated with the founder of the Museum of Ice Cream, Maryellis Bunn, to design wall art for their very first Los Angeles location. Each wall was inspired by well-known Los Angeles design landmarks and symbols.

These hand-painted designs were made to be a stunning backdrop for visitors to create their own social media content, and ended up all over social media feeds, including those of a few celebrities!
